Challenge Rules

1. Eligibility:
   • The challenge is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 and older. (the 'Entrant')
   • Participants must submit an image generated on printmyai.com to be eligible for the challenge.
   • Employees, immediate family members, or affiliates of PrintMyAi and its sponsors are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Submission:
   • Participants must create and submit their generative images through the printmyai.com platform.
   • Only one entry per participant is allowed.
3. Voting Process:
   • The winner will be selected by the sponsor and judged by creativity, originality and the number of votes received for their submission.
   • Voting will be open to the public and will take place during the challenge period.

Challenge Description:

• The ('Challenge') begins on 2024-01-01 and ends on 2024-01-31 (the 'Challenge Period').
4. How to participate:
   
   • 1. Generate a cursed image on PrintMyAi.com
   • 2. Click the "Participate" tab or select it from the drop-down menu on mobile
   • 3. Select your image and submit your entry!
5. Prize:
   • The prize for the challenge is for one (1) $50 USD PrintMyAi Gift Card which can be used exclusively on the printmyai.com website.
   • The PrintMyAi Gift Card details will be delivered electronically to the email address used for registration within 48 hours after the challenge period ends.

Notification:

The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours after the challenge ends. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

6. No Purchase Necessary:

   No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Creatr Studios Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

8. Disputes:

   THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CANADA AND ONTARIO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in [your state/province] having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

9. Publicity:

   By participating in the challenge, participants grant Creatr Studios Inc. the right to use their names and submitted images for promotional purposes.

10. General Conditions:

    Creatr Studios Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant for violating the rules or tampering with the voting process. PrintMyAi is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other problems that may interfere with the challenge.

11. Agreement to Official Rules:

    Participation in the challenge constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules.

12. Facebook:

    Non-affiliation: This challenge is hosted by Creatr Studios Inc. By participating in the challenge, entrants acknowledge that the promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

    Release of Liability: By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release Facebook from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the promotion.
